Reputation Advisor provides elite marketing and Reputation M anagement services to a select few clients. There are three levels of service, based upon the client’s level of involvement.

LEVEL ONE: Reputation Repair
This is the most common level of service, wherein the client has already discovered a reputation crisis and is now prepared to engage a professional to repair the damage that has been done. This is often the most expensive and time-consuming phase, as it always takes more to defuse a crisis than to prevent it from happening from the start.

LEVEL TWO: Reputation Monitor
This level of service entails the active monitoring of all social media and news channels on the web for mentions of the client’s brands, intellectual property, spokesmodels, executives, or employees. This thorough monitoring process occurs daily, so that potential crises can be caught and handled before they catch headlines.

LEVEL THREE: Reputation Building
This is the most proactive level of service. In addition to daily monitoring, the client can promote the brand, products, and services, by engaging customers and potential customers in social settings. Potential settings include blog comments, forums, Twitter, Digg, Facebook, MySpace, and many more. Brand loyalty is a powerful commodity, and it can be earned by engaging and rewarding customers before they have a complaint.
