This level of service entails the active monitoring of all social media and news channels on the web for mentions of the client’s brands, intellectual property, spokesmodels, executives, or employees. This thorough monitoring process occurs daily, so that potential crises can be caught and handled before they catch headlines.
Reputation Build
This is the most proactive level of service. In addition to daily monitoring, the client can promote the brand, products, and services, by engaging customers and potential customers in social settings. Potential settings include blog comments, forums, Twitter, Digg, Facebook, MySpace, and many more. Brand loyalty is a powerful commodity, and it can be earned by engaging and rewarding customers before they have a complaint.
